Facilities and Location:
In 1996 the Pension Fund purchased the three story building in which we now operate. In addition to providing space for the operation of the Welfare and Pension Funds, the Automobile Mechanics’ Local 701 leases space on the second and
third floors for their general operations and Credit Union.
The History of the Local 701 Fund Office:
The Fund was established in 1958 subsequent to the ratification of a Collective Bargaining Agreement by the members of Local 701 who were employed in the Bakery, Pie, and Dairy industries.
